Apple has just announced the new iMac 24-inch and 20 inches, with prices more friendly and accessible as it were, with a Mini DisplayPort video output.
Now you can get 24-inch iMac for the same price as the old 20-inch to $ 1499 for the price drop of 20 inches for $ 1199.
Prices are from as we mentioned $ 1199 for 20-inch and $ 1499 for 24 inches. At the basic level or standard Apple offers in the 20-inch 2.66GHz Core 2 Duo, 2 GB RAM, 320 GB hard drive and GeForce 9400M graphics card, the rest of the 24-inch iMacs offer 4GB standard RAM.
The Firewire 400 was deleted and was changed to a 4 port USB, Apple has also thinking of replacing the wiring standard keyboard with a new model without the numeric keypad - the numbers apparently annoyed some people are available as an option.
